Adopting A Growth Strategy

When a regional adoption agency needed marketing support to raise awareness of its services and complement its geographic expansion, we were able to help. Its primary goal was to reach birth mothers and prospective adoptive parents as the agency grew to 12 offices in seven East Coast states. We recommended a targeted campaign of direct marketing and public relations to position staff as adoption experts and relay family success stories through local media. This included media buys on cable, public service announcements for radio directed to birth mothers and a series of press releases based on interviews with birth mothers/adoptive families to support national adoption month. Our efforts paid off – the agency has remained one of the largest placing agencies for domestic infants on the East Coast and its founder has gained recognition as a pioneer in the adoption field.
